Introduction

This course will help you learn and practice the skills and capabilities needed to effectively assess an organization. It includes detailed information on the Excellence Model, and the RADAR logic. Based on the EFQM Excellence Model, EAT is also the minimum requirement to enable you to become a qualified EFQM Excellence Assessor. Passing the course will demonstrate to your employer, colleagues and peers that you are equipped to the highest standard to assess an organisation's performance. It provides a tremendous contribution to your Continuing Professional Development.
