Business Analysis Foundation (BCS Accredited)
Nbiz is proud and honored to be an accredited member of the BCS (British Computer Society). Nbiz delivers the business analysis programs to the UAE and other markets. This course fundamentally teaches the non-IT team end users to provide the appropriate requirements of the IT development team.
This may oblige more on the business unit to get what they require for from the Information Technology development team.
We can see a gradual improvement nowadays, unlike before the information technology development team has to continuously visit the end-user department and analyze the business processes. From that, it needs to depict the DFD diagrams, ER diagrams, inputs, outputs for different processes, etc. However, in the market it has been noted that shifting directions on to the end-user departments is becoming more and more prevalent and the end users are taking more responsibility to enumerate the business needs. At the end of the process, we are able to provide the appropriate needs on the requirements specification to the software development team. Although there might be some repetition between the requirement management program and the business analysis foundation this is a BCS Accredited Course.
The key differences are that the requirements Management Program is an Nbiz in-house developed course, whereas the business analysis foundation is the BCS accredited course and subsequently there is the BCS exam. After passing which the students would become business analysis foundation certified.
